How to read this list

A cluster is recorded when several independent public reviews describe the same kind of problem. That is a strong signal about user experience, but it is not proof of a code-level defect — reviews can describe device-specific conditions, outdated versions or user error. Confirming a defect requires a technical audit of the app itself.
