1. What an Bright App Data report is

Every Bright App Data report is an automated, evidence-led analysis of publicly available information: the app's public store listing (title, description, screenshots, update dates, ratings) and a sample of public user reviews that any person can read on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Reports express analysis and opinion based on that public evidence at the moment the audit ran. Statements such as ASO scores, grades, issue clusters and value ranges are interpretive assessments produced by deterministic, rule-based models — they are not verified statements of fact about an app's internal quality, security, code or business.

2. What an Bright App Data report is not

A report is not an accusation, a security audit, a certification, financial advice, investment advice, or a claim about an app's revenue, retention, conversion rate or profitability. Those metrics live in the developer's private console; Bright App Data never claims access to them and never invents them.

The indicative value range is a public-signal screening estimate for comparison and prioritization only. It is not an appraisal, a sale price, a repair cost or an offer. Any real transaction requires private financial, legal, security and source-code due diligence.

3. Where the data comes from

All inputs are collected from public app-store pages, the same way a person browsing the store would see them. Review excerpts shown as evidence are quotations of public user reviews, reproduced verbatim and attributed as public store review excerpts. Bright App Data does not author those reviews and does not verify each reviewer's individual claims.

Every report is timestamped. Store listings change; a report reflects the listing and review sample as of its last-audited date shown on the page, and may not reflect later updates by the developer.

4. No affiliation

Bright App Data is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Apple, or any app or developer that appears in the catalog. App names, icons and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the app being analysed, which is standard nominative fair use.

5. Corrections, disputes and removal

If you own an app listed here and believe a report contains a factual error, is outdated, or misrepresents your listing, contact us. We will re-run the audit against the current public listing, correct any demonstrated factual error, and clearly show the refreshed date.

Owners can also request that their report be reviewed for removal. We respond to good-faith requests promptly. Silence from an owner is never presented as confirmation of any finding.

6. Limitation of liability

Reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright App Data is not liable for decisions made in reliance on a report, including purchase, investment, hiring or development decisions.
