Questions, answered

Clear boundaries build better decisions.

What Bright App Data can see, what it cannot see, and what is currently available during private beta.

Evidence before claimsPublic signals are labelled. Private metrics are never guessed.

01What does Bright App Data analyse?

Bright App Data analyses public App Store and Google Play signals: listing quality, ratings, review patterns, update cadence, developer responses, localization, and other observable maintenance indicators.

02Do you need access to my store account?

No. The initial checkup uses public information only. We never ask for App Store Connect or Google Play Console credentials for a public-signal review.

03Is the app ranking live market data?

The ranking shown on this landing page is demonstration data. The future public catalog will use stored app signals and will clearly label when each record was last refreshed.

04Does the private audit include a security or source-code audit?

Not yet. Current private-beta reviews focus on public app-store evidence and ASO. Security and source-code audits will be offered only when a separate scope and secure intake process are ready.

05Can Bright App Data estimate installs, retention, or conversion rate?

Not from public data with enough confidence. Those metrics live inside the developer console, so Bright App Data does not invent them or present guesses as facts.

06Can I request a review for an iOS and an Android app?

Yes. Bright App Data supports public signals from both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Portfolio requests can include apps from both stores.
